Christmas with Covid-19

December 19, 2020

Covid-19 Tier 4 Restrictions

With the latest announcement by the government, we will still be able to continue with our restricted services. We will continue to use the booking system which we have had in place since we re-opened with restricted numbers. Masks will continue to be mandatory for people attending church.

Christmas Services

To ensure that we are Covid safe, if you would like to attend any of the following services, please book in advance by calling either:
Tricia on 01689 854373 or Rev Carol on 01689 853186. You can also email your request to Tricia at [email protected]
or Rev Carol at [email protected]. We look forward to welcoming you!

Keston Christmas Carol Service

We have filmed our Choir singing in church – all safely distanced, so we have a Carol Service which will be available on our website from midday on Sunday, 20th December. You will find it in the News & Events section on the website or you can access the video by using the link https://youtu.be/m-4WrFBehls

Christingle Service on Christmas Eve 4pm –
YOU MUST BOOK A PLACE

This will be a ‘Take Away Christingle’ – which means, we will have music played, say prayers, hear Bible readings, see a demonstration of how to make the Christingle, and then everyone will be given a bag containing all the components of the Christingle to make at home.

Christmas Eve (Midnight) – YOU MUST BOOK A PLACE

A Communion Service will start at 11.30pm

Christmas Day – YOU MUST BOOK A PLACE

A short Communion Service will start at 10.30am

Bookings can be made to [email protected] or [email protected]

We have a beautiful, but small, church and we would really not want to turn anyone away – but we MUST be Covid safe.

You might like to visit the Church of England website for services through December and at Christmas – including Christingle and Midnight Communion: Preparing for Advent & Christmas 2020: Comfort and Joy | The Church of England

Please Note – there will be NO SERVICE on Sunday 27th December.

Our Vision Statement
