Weddings and Blessings

Keston Parish Church is a beautiful ancient church, an ideal setting for a wedding. It can cater for small weddings and for services with up to about 120 guests.

In October 2008, the law governing a person’s right to be married in a parish church was changed by parliament. This means that is it now easier, and more possible than you might think, to be married in church.

We endeavour to make it possible, and to welcome anyone who wants to be married in this beautiful ancient church.

Initial enquiries for marriage should be made by contacting the Rector by ‘phone or email. She will be able to confirm your eligibility to be married in the church and help you to continue planning your marriage ceremony.

You will find some really useful information to help you with planning your wedding here: www.yourchurchwedding.org

Keston Parish Church is also able to hold Services of Blessing following a marriage at a civil ceremony either in this country or overseas. You may be considering renewing your marriage vows, maybe around the time of a significant anniversary. We can offer a Renewal of Vows ceremony. Please contact the Rector to discuss any of these options.

Love is patient, love is kind… love never fails.
