New Parochial Church Council

A Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the executive governing body of a Church of England parish. Composed of the clergy and elected lay members, the PCC is legally responsible for the church’s financial affairs, the maintenance of buildings, and partnering with the minister to promote the church’s mission.

Every PCC operates as a registered charity, meaning its members serve as charity trustees and must comply with both charity law and ecclesiastical regulations.
